||What a way to ring in the new year, the new century, and the
new millennium...à la Française!
A traditional reveillon menu starting with aperitif and assorted
olives from the market, followed by a Brazilian torta, then foie
gras, seafood, and salad, topped off with a bûche de Noël.
Then came midnight with a champagne toast on the rooftop terrace under
Uzetian skies, followed by dancing, dancing, dancing...oh la la!
